This is where Silvana will take the reins and analyse your blood work under the tutelage of the

Institute of Health. Silvana will provide you with a protocol to address the symptoms of a range of health concerns of her clients.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Silvana will provide you the tools to ensure you are accountable all throughout the program. We also provide weekly check-ins, fortnightly empowerment calls, and a Facebook community group will ensure you stay connected and accountable to your goals.

I compare such markers to “optimal” reference ranges, rather than “average” ranges based on the average health of the population. This is because an average blood marker level in the general populace may not be optimal/healthy.

Using the in-depth blood work analysis, I am able to tailor your programme to your body function and any symptoms it may be experiencing. My lifestyle, training, nutrition and supplement recommendations are adapted to you, and can greater

improve your quality of life and the strength of your results. We may retest your blood, check progress and symptoms, and alter your programme accordingly.

Please note that depending on your country and healthcare system you may be required to pay for these tests. There is also an increasing resistance with some doctors to run these tests, so it is important to make clear your symptoms to provide them with ample medical reason.

As a coach, I always seek to prioritise health optimisation. This approach not only helps you to achieve your physique goals, but also to feel and function at your best.

If you suffer from IBS, food sensitivities, skin issues, water retention, menstrual cycle issues, bloating, inflammation etc, these issues may hinder your progress. Because of this, I always want to optimise overall health, digestion, stress levels etc, before dieting/ changing physique.
